The hotel had a great pool area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, with fresh fruit and pastries. the hotel was in a prime location, just a short walk from several shops and restaurants.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable, which made it difficult to get work done. there was some noise from nearby construction sites during the day.

Special note of thanks to valet. Helpful stuff and parking available.

We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to saint hilarion castle. Excellent staff and management. Komur Ocakbasi is only a short distance to the hotel. Having access to the pool was great.

The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and is easily accessible to other cities. the reception area is welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. the rooms in Block A offer a beautiful view of the sea. the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. the service is prompt and efficient, and the breakfast options are varied and delicious. the hotel also offers facilities like pools with slides and wave machines, providing entertainment for both kids and adults.

It's a shame that some of the staff can be rude and inattentive at times.

Hotel is at the seaside and very near to Kyrenia center.

The beach seems to be artificial, but it's better than nothing. Wi-fi is not free of charge and very expensive if you need it once or twice.

We were pleased that the were upgraded from standard room to a spacious fairly new suite with pool and sea views. The hotel reception explained to us that all bookings through Booked.net have same uprgading. However, my brother booked in the same hotel at the same time through hrs website and was given standard room in the old part of the hotel and even breakfast was not included although we both paid the same price. I therefore consider the my stay at the hotel was a good value for money,

Great pools and bars, positive staff attitude and good food with lots of variety. The location was fantastic for exploring the area.

Terrible service and lack of professionalism. Wi-Fi not working was a big letdown and the room had a weird smell.

The hotel is ideal area and location, easy access to town centre and attractive areas and I like the food and night entertainment after dinner.Also I prefer to have Disco.

Excellent choice of food at breakfast time,the pool facilities were very good and the staff very helpful.

Spa was good. Waterslides for kids were good Rooms in 5* family room was outstanding and made up every day.

Quality of the room and Quality of Staff

The waterslide was ok, but both activity pools were not running or usable.

I booked two rooms, one famiily, one double. In the double room the bathroom plumbing was leaking and the tile floor was wet when we first arrivimed. I immediately telephoned front desk and a repair person came & left. The floor was left dirty and wet, I had to call again to tell them it needed to be cleaned and also that the carpet outside the bathroom was wet. This was mopped but still the bathroom leaked and was very slippery & dangerous. I was told there were no other rooms available and I tried to contact the customrer service man( Simon) he was not available and did not follow up with a call. I found the shower to have black mould and it was basically not usuable. I found the carpet to be filthy and would never stay here again or reccomend it. Generally run down and unkempt.

Family Hotel many attractions for young family

Stayed in family rooms initial perspective good however the finish was poor. Breakfast poor, bacon, sausage etc would be good. Omlette, eggs station good but big long wait. Provide second station would ease this..

Friendly staff. Plenty to do for the children - good variety.

Bathroom very dark (not enough light). We stayed in Rm 120.
